Assessments

Craft Personality Questionnaire (CPQ): A brief, highly predictive, Internet-based personality questionnaire that employs state-of-the-art statistical patterns to detect an applicant’s attempt to leave an unrealistically favorable impression (“faking”). Immediate results are delivered in multiple formats for employee and management selection and development for both sales and non-sales positions.

Oxford Learning Aptitude Survey: A 10-minute timed assessment that measures an applicant’s propensity to learn and adapt to the demands of a new position. Additionally, the Oxford can predict the ability to obtain licensure and pass other job-related examinations required for employment.

Sales Competency Assessment (SCA): A pre-screener used to uncover a candidate’s readiness for a sales position by assessing sales knowledge, skills, and experience, each proven to predict sales force performance and retention.

Staff Culture Survey (SCS):  A comprehensive look at employee attitudes regarding a variety of factors proven to impact both job performance and retention. Some of these factors include satisfaction with: coworkers, office, management, company, and products and services.
